PLASMACEM has realized four different types of form liners in order to satisfy all the customers’ requirements:

FLEX FORM LINERS

Form liners for architectural concrete made by synthered polyurethane.
Excellent for pre casting, as well as for cast in place.
50 - 100 reuses.

ESSEFLEX FORM LINERS

Form liners for architectural concrete made by silicone based material at noble catalysis.
Suggested for panels of large dimensions (more than 3 sqmt), without junction lines.
100 reuses.

STONCLEAR FORM LINERS

Form liners for architectural concrete made of cyclic density polyurethane, fortified by synthetic resins.
Excellent for cast in place, to be fixed on the formworks by glue, screws or magnets.
3, 50 or 100 reuses.

MANO FORM LINERS

Wooden panel for casting with shaped side in high density polyurethane.
Suitable for rental.
Reusable more than 100 times.

Moreover PLASMACEM supplies any technical support for the design and carrying out of special customized projects.

PLASMACEM makes the size of the form liners according to customer requirements, through trimming.

Upon request, PLASMACEM offers its technical support and supervision during the securing phases of the form liners to the formworks or to the metal benches and their releasing, by sending its skilled workers to the construction site or the pre casting company.
